Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Call Centre Agent located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, and providing appropriate solutions. Agents will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, achieving performance targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, speak clearly, and convey information effectively
  • Customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address client needs professionally
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to document and update customer information accurately
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on persuading clients and achieving targets
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is beneficial but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communication or business is an advantage
  • Salary Range - 50k to 70k (Plus Commission)
  • Onsite (Islamabad)
