Outbound Cold Calling Agents

We are currently hiring Outbound Cold Calling Agents.

Compensation details are as follows:

- Experienced candidates can expect a pay range of PKR 80k – 120k.

- Fresh candidates will receive a starting salary of PKR 30k – 50k.

We strongly prefer candidates with over 1 year of Outbound Cold Calling or Dispatch Sales experience.

Please note that this is NOT a CSR or Inbound Customer Service role, and such candidates are discouraged from applying.

For fresh candidates, those with excellent spoken English who pass the interview will undergo 1–2 weeks of unpaid training. The starter salary will depend on their performance in a post-training mock call.
