Job Title: Outbound Marketing & Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

Job Overview:
The Outbound Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting travel packages, and converting prospects into clients. This role focuses on reaching out to potential customers outside the company’s immediate network, including corporates, schools, and individual travelers, to drive sales and revenue. The executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Identify and target potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Generate new business opportunities by understanding client requirements.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
  • Sales & Promotion:
  • Promote domestic and international travel packages, tours, and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
  • Marketing Support & Campaigns:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan outbound campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategies based on client responses.
  • Assist in designing promotional materials and offers for outbound clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, or feedback professionally.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Track sales performance and suggest strategies to improve results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or Business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel booking tools and software is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
