Outbound Sale Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Manager to join our team In Islamabad branch (DHA phase 2, Giga Mall) . As an Outbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, and providing valuable information about our services.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.

- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and promote our solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound campaigns and improve conversion rates.

- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of outbound sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
