Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Present and sell products/services confidently and professionally
- Identify customer needs and convert leads into successful sales
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
- Work efficiently with VoIP systems and auto/manual dialers
- Handle objections and close sales with strong negotiation skills
- Follow company scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance and results
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 4 years of outbound sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Practical experience using:
- CRM systems
- VoIP solutions
- Dialer systems
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong work discipline, punctuality, and commitment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Background in telecom or contact center sales
- Experience working on international sales campaigns
- Experience working with UAE telecom operators (DU, Etisalat, Virgin, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Middle East customer profiles
