Outbound Sales Agent

Our client is seeking highly energetic, motivated, and target-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join their onsite sales team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused work environment and are eager to grow within a structured sales setup.

The role is office-based, with a professional workplace and an excellent learning curve provided by the client.

Working Details

  • This is an onsite (office-based) position
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day
  • Employment type: Full-time, long-term

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Present and sell products/services confidently and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and convert leads into successful sales
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
  • Work efficiently with VoIP systems and auto/manual dialers
  • Handle objections and close sales with strong negotiation skills
  • Follow company scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance and results

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of outbound sales experience in a similar role
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Practical experience using:
  • CRM systems
  • VoIP solutions
  • Dialer systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong work discipline, punctuality, and commitment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Background in telecom or contact center sales
  • Experience working on international sales campaigns
  • Experience working with UAE telecom operators (DU, Etisalat, Virgin, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Middle East customer profiles

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

  • Rawalpindi Chaklala Air Field: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
