Job Description:

Digisparo is looking for energetic and target-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for contacting US-based businesses and offering our digital marketing services, including SEO and web development solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses
• Introduce and pitch company digital marketing services
• Identify client needs and present suitable solutions
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Previous outbound or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
• Must be available for onsite evening/night shifts
