Job Description:

ATU Logistic Company is looking for a highly driven and persuasive Outbound Sales Agent to generate new business, engage potential clients, and promote our logistics, freight, and transportation solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales-focused mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce ATU Logistic Company’s services.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into active business opportunities.
  • Present logistics solutions (freight forwarding, trucking, dispatching, warehousing, shipping) to potential customers.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads, negotiate rates, and prepare quotations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
  • Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and establish long-term relationships.
  • Keep updated with logistics market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, call center sales, or B2B sales (logistics industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objection handling, cold calling, and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with logistics, dispatching, freight brokerage, trucking, or shipping services.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and outbound calling systems.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in freight sales, shipping sales, or transportation sales.
  • Knowledge of international logistics, U.S. dispatching, or domestic trucking operations.
  • Strong lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
