Outbound Sales Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Assistant to join our growing team. If you have strong English communication skills, enjoy speaking with people, and are driven by achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails/messages to prospective clients.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement.
• Accurately update customer information and activities in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or clear accent.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
