We are looking for a confident and energetic Outbound Sales Call Specialist to join our growing team at Sofill.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients through outbound calls, introduce our digital services, build strong client relationships, and generate quality leads for the company.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients
• Introduce company services professionally
• Generate and qualify leads
• Follow up with interested clients
• Maintain communication records and reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Fluent in Urdu and basic English
• Sales or call center experience is a plus
• Confidence in handling clients professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of digital services is preferred
