An Outbound Sales Consultant plays a key role in generating new business by actively reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product or service solutions. The position combines sales, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.​
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through online and database sources.​
  • Develop sales pitches and conduct product or service presentations tailored to client needs.​
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.​
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.​
  • Work towards defined KPIs, including calls made, meetings booked, and revenue generated.​
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to align messaging and ensure smooth client handoffs.​
  • Stay informed about company products and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions.​

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospects.​
  • Persuasive sales ability, including negotiation and objection handling.​
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.​

Qualifications
