Outbound Sales Executive

Job Title : Outbound Sales Executive – FMCG Industry

Experience : Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in FMCG field sales)

Location : Chennai

Work Mode : Onsite

Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Travel allowance + Food: ₹300 per day
• Performance-based incentives

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Convincing ability and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of FMCG products and distribution network
• Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Prior fieldwork experience (mandatory)

Educational Qualification

• 12th Pass/ Diploma/Any Graduate
• Certification in Sales / Marketing is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and distributors.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily field reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery follow-up.
• Collect market insights and competitor information.
