Role Overview:

We are seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers and driving acquisition of Fiber Internet services for residential households.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent a major regional telecommunications provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.
• Promote and sell advanced fiber-optic internet solutions across a 20-state territory.
• Proactively engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct clear comparisons between current internet services and our superior technology and promotions.
• Confidently overcome objections by articulating value, reliability, and long-term benefits.
• Build trust and rapport to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and elevate overall performance.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center
• 1+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ years of telecommunications experience (Required)
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if necessary
