THE ROLE — OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you’ll represent our business by connecting with potential customers, building rapport, and converting conversations into successful sales.

You’ll work in a supportive team environment with:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Present products/services confidently and professionally
  • Build customer interest and close sales effectively
  • Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with interested leads
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve sales strategies

WHO CAN APPLY?✔ Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, typing, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site

  • Experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service

COMPENSATION — EARN WHAT YOU DESERVE (Base Salary)

PKR 50,000 – 80,000

Uncapped Commission

There’s NO earning limit — every successful sale increases your monthly income.

WORK DETAILS (Location)

On-site — Karachi Office

Working Days

Monday to Saturday
(Sunday Off)

Available Shifts

  • 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
  • 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
  • 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Shift assigned during onboarding based on business requirements
No rotational shifts
