Sales Executive (B2B – Night Shift)

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 + Uncapped Commission

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Representatives who are confident, target-driven, and eager to earn through performance. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Record activities in CRM systems

Requirements

• Experience in sales or call center preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Fresh candidates with good English communication can apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salaries upto 100k and Uncapped commission structure
• Two Increments on Basic Salary in first year, and then annually
• Cash in Hand Incentives: PKR 1,000 – 5,000 per sale
• KPIs bonus up to PKR 20,000 every month
• 20 Annual leaves (Sick & Casual Leaves) + 3 parental leaves + 3 bereavement leaves
• National & USA Federal Holidays
• Transport for females (50% covered)
• Fuel Allowance
• Medical Allowance (IPD & OPD)
