We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our growing team at Staffingly. The ideal candidate will have strong outbound calling and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a small team of agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound sales calls to prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
  • Train, guide, and supervise outbound call specialists to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily call activities and ensure team members meet KPIs.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase conversion rates and team efficiency.
  • Prepare and share daily or weekly sales performance reports with management.
  • Maintain a positive team environment focused on growth and results.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing or supervising a sales/call team.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work night shifts (aligned with US time zone).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
