Outbound Sales Professional.

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Professional to drive international sales Professional, especially in Gulf countries and other overseas markets. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their requirements, promoting our products/services, and closing deals. The candidate should be confident in handling international clients, skilled in communication, and experienced in achieving global sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with prospective clients across Gulf countries and other international markets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Understand clients needs and recommend the right solutions and products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly international sales targets.
• Stay updated on the global market trends and competitor Activities.
• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with overseas clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportuinites, and sales in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance )for smooth execution of overseas orders.

Skills & Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in outbound/international sales in the Gulf market experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in the English language.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve international targets.
• Good understanding of crosss-border trade, international clients, and cultural differences.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office and online communication platforms (Zoom/Teams).

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, or related field.
