Outbound Sales Representative

Arrivy is looking for a driven "Outbound Sales Representative" who thrives on building connections and turning leads into opportunities. In this role, you’ll leverage strong communication skills, handle objections with confidence, and quickly master the value of Arrivy’s solutions to engage prospective clients effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Arrivy’s product and solutions
  • Navigate gatekeepers effectively to reach decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling pitches and handle objections with strong rebuttals
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Learn and articulate the complexities of Arrivy’s offerings to potential clients

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales or cold-calling experience
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent control of English grammar and language
  • Proven ability to bypass gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers
  • Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales opportunities
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, concepts, and workflows
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
