Role: Outbound Sales Specialist – US Logistics / Freight Brokerage
Location: Mohali
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role

We’re hiring sales professionals to support our US Logistics process. The role involves outbound sales, cold calling, client acquisition, and rate negotiation. Candidates with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to shippers and carriers to generate new freight opportunities
• Book loads and coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Negotiate freight rates and finalize deals to maximize profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Manage daily load boards and follow up on available freight
• Provide timely updates, track shipments, and resolve service-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who Can Apply

• Experience in International Sales / US Process / International BPO Voice / Travel Sales / Ticketing / Freight Brokerage
• Prior experience in US Logistics or Freight Brokerage is a major advantage
• Comfortable working night shift

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in cold calling and outbound engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
