Outbound Senior Sales Executive – Design Campaigns & SMM Specialist

Timing 9 pm - 6 am

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales, digital marketing, and hitting bold targets? We're hiring an Outbound Sales Executive who can generate sales through both warm and cold leads, with expertise in design campaigns and social media marketing (SMM).

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to pitch design & SMM services
• Convert leads into paying customers through persuasive and value-driven conversations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor offers and campaigns
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs
• Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English – Specially Spoken
• Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in digital marketing/design services
• Solid understanding of SMM, branding, and digital campaign strategies
• Strong closing skills and a target-oriented mindset
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
