Outbound Telesales Executive

We are an innovative BPO & IT outsourcing solutions provider catering to diverse industries and our client is Startup e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a skilled Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce products or services, address queries, and secure sales.

- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.

- Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication to effectively convey information and build rapport.

- Active Listening: Pay attention to customer concerns and respond appropriately.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

- Time Management: Ability to manage high call volumes while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree

- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

- Language Prefer : Proficiency in English , Hindi and Kannada.

Timings :

Six Days a Work and General Shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
