Outdoor Assistant – School Eye Screening Program (SESP)

We are hiring a committed Outdoor Assistant to support our School Eye Screening Program (SESP) in Karachi. The role involves extensive fieldwork and interaction with schools, communities, parents and hospitals to support children's eye health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the screening team in school visits and community outreach
• Coordinate schedules with schools and local authorities
• Deliver and collect consent forms and referral slips from parents
• Coordinate with families for hospital visits, treatments, and surgical referrals
• Support in dispensing prescription glasses to children
• Conduct glass compliance surveys to ensure proper usage and follow-up
• Transport equipment and materials to field locations
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and reports

Requirements:

• Intermediate
• Own motorcycle is a must
• Fuel will be reimbursed on actuals
• Familiar with Karachi district and local areas
• Physically active and responsible
• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
