Job Summary:

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales activities. The role involves visiting clients, understanding their requirements, promoting company products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Visit existing and potential clients to promote products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, product presentations, and sales proposals.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close sales and ensure timely payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the internal team (Sales Support, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of outdoor/field sales experience (preferably in Building Materials / Decorative Wraps).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
