Position Overview:

The Outdoor Sales Team Leader will manage and participate in outdoor sales activities such as street sales, pop-up stands, events, and local partnerships. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys sales, teamwork, and working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a small team of sales
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients
• Promote floral services for corporate accounts, subscriptions, and events
• Set sales targets and track daily/weekly performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
• Report leads, follow-ups, and results to shop management

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales; B2B, corporate, or event sales experience preferred
• Leadership or team supervision experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, positive, and self-motivated personality
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Passion for flowers or retail is a plus
• Must have UAE driving license

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
