Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing technical support, and developing tailored engineering solutions. Tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and assisting in the sales process. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address any technical concerns that may arise during product implementation. The role also requires consistent communication with the internal team to relay market feedback and improve service delivery.


  • Promote and sell software solutions to customers.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities until deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.



Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering with a strong ability to understand and meet client requirements

1–3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Software like Autodesk , Microsoft , Adobe .....

  • Technical Support experience and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales skills, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals effectively

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work outdoors and meet sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in the regional engineering industry is an advantage
