Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, travel agents, and partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailor-made travel itineraries.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, airlines, and service providers.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products and services.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional services such as insurance, car rentals, and tours.
- Train and guide junior sales staff or interns when required.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Travel Tourism: 2 years (Preferred)
