Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Expert (Outdoor) to join our sales team. The role involves direct engagement with customers, dealerships, and fleet buyers outside the showroom, promoting and selling vehicles or automotive products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and visit prospective customers in the assigned territory.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Represent the company at trade shows, road shows, or promotional events.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, business fleets, and dealerships.
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and upselling opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new selling opportunities.
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Product Expertise:
• Maintain deep knowledge of current automotive models, specifications, features, and pricing.
• Advise customers on financing, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Coordinate with the delivery and service departments for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Technology is a plus).
• Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor or B2C/B2B automotive sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and self-motivation.
