About the Company

Our client is a leading supplier of premium ceramic and porcelain tiles, delivering high-quality solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UAE. To support their expansion, they are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives (Indoor & Outdoor) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and retail customers.
• Drive both showroom (indoor) and site/project (outdoor) sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product samples.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Conduct market visits to identify opportunities, gather competitor insights, and track industry trends.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or construction-related products.
• Strong knowledge of showroom (indoor) and site/project (outdoor) sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
