Outdoor Sales Executive

About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in Fragrances & Diffusers. We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to engage with clients, promote our services, and drive sales growth in Qatar. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and are fluent in Arabic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues.
• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Female
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and business environment is an advantage.
