Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for executing and overseeing all field marketing activities, ensuring strong brand visibility and customer engagement. This role involves managing on-site promotions, coordinating with partners, and driving brand awareness through outdoor campaigns and direct field interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outdoor and field marketing campaigns across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate on-ground brand activations, sponsorship events, exhibitions, and product displays.
  • Supervise marketing representatives and ensure all field activities align with company standards and brand image.
  • Identify new business opportunities through on-site visits and market mapping.
  • Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information to support business development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align field strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare regular performance and activity reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in field or outdoor marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE and GCC region.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Outdoor Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
