Pristyn Equipment Trading LLC is seeking a results-driven Salesman / Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts in the Abu Dhabi region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local healthcare and industrial equipment landscape, with a proven track record of meeting targets and building long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi, targeting private and government healthcare facilities.
- Client Relations: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers and department heads.
- Product Expertise: Conduct professional demonstrations and presentations of our medical and surgical equipment portfolio.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and closing.
- Quotations & Tenders: Prepare accurate price quotes, follow up on inquiries, and assist in preparing tender documents.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Medical Equipment, Healthcare Supplies, or Industrial Trading is highly preferred.
Requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Science, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred).
- License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Skills: * Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability: Currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately.
