Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and representing the company in face-to-face meetings with architects, engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a sales team, and managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and interior designers.
  • Conduct client visits, project site inspections, and product presentations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of sales representatives or project coordinators.
  • • Coordinate and manage multiple sales projects and client accounts simultaneously.
  • • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • • Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and site meetings.

  • Requirements:
  • • Proven experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in construction, design, or a related industry.
  • • Strong network or ability to build connections with architects, engineers, and designers.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
