Outdoor Sales Executive - Hindi

Job Summary:

Helpline Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in service-based industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and promoting company services while ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction
• Promote Helpline Group services including company formation, PRO services, certificate attestation, and HR solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service consultations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a service-based industry (e.g., consultancy, HR services, business setup, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
• Familiarity with the local market in Dammam and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Knowledge of Saudi business setup, licensing, or corporate services
