Outdoor Sales Executive – Smart Home, CCTV & ELV Solutions

About the Role

Intelligent System Technologies is expanding its Smart Home, CCTV, ELV, Networking, and Security Solutions division. We are hiring a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive field sales, visit clients, present technical solutions, and close deals across the UAE.

This role requires strong product knowledge in CCTV, Smart Home Automation, ELV Systems, Access Control, Networking, and Low Voltage Solutions.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: AED 4,000
• Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads in CCTV, Smart Home, ELV, Security & Networking Systems
• Conduct outdoor field visits to villa owners, consultants, contractors, and businesses
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and technical sales presentations
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for site surveys and handovers
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit weekly activity reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in CCTV, Smart Home, ELV, Security Systems, IT Sales, or Low Voltage Solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Ability to perform outdoor visits and manage sales pipelines
• Technical understanding of:
• CCTV Cameras (IP/Analog)
• Smart Home Systems (KNX, TIS, Tuya, etc.)
• Access Control & Security Systems
• Networking basics (routers, switches, WiFi APs)
