Outdoor Sales Executive - Switchgears Products

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive – Switchgear Products to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships for our range of electrical switchgear products. The role demands strong technical knowledge and an understanding of the electrical market in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Promote and sell a range of low and medium voltage switchgear products such as MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, Contactors, Relays, Distribution Boards, and Panel Accessories.
• Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, panel builders, electrical distributors, and end users.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Participate in trade shows, product seminars, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in selling electrical or switchgear products.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear systems and electrical market trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• OMAN driving license (preferred for OMAN-based roles).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
