Outdoor Sales Executive (Uniforms / Workwear)

We are a uniform manufacturing company looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow B2B accounts (companies, schools, restaurants, hospitals, facilities, etc.) and close uniform supply deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients and generate new leads through field sales.
• Present uniform samples, fabrics, branding/embroidery options, and quotations.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate, and close contracts.
• Coordinate with production/team on sizing, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Maintain a weekly pipeline report (calls, visits, proposals, closures).
• Build long-term relationships and handle after-sales support.

Requirements

• Proven outdoor/field sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license + own car (preferred).
• Ability to meet monthly targets and work independently.
• English required; Arabic is a plus.
