Job Description – Outdoor Sales Manager (Printing Company)

Position Title: Outdoor Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: General Manager / Managing Director
Location: Doha

Role Overview

The Outdoor Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing outdoor sales operations for the printing company. This role demands a proactive individual with strong market knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and target new business opportunities in printing, packaging, and corporate gifting sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit potential and existing clients regularly to promote products and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on client orders, payments, and feedback.

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Suggest improvements in products, services, and sales processes.

Team & Reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to meet customer requirements.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in printing, packaging, advertising, or related industry.
• Strong client networking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Number of new clients acquired and retained.
• Customer satisfaction and repeat business levels.
• Timely submission of reports and sales documentation.
