Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate loves being on the road, meeting new clients face-to-face, and closing deals. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate and retail customers, promoting our products/services, and building long-term relationships across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential and existing clients (B2B & B2C)
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Valid Kuwait driving license and own car (fuel allowance provided)
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience (FMCG, telecom, real estate, advertising, banking, insurance, or related fields preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude
• Transferable residency (Article 18) – candidates already in Kuwait preferred
• Age preferably between 23–35 years
