We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Officer to help us grow our client base and deliver exceptional investment opportunities.

Role Overview:
The Outdoor Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads by meeting clients face-to-face. You will work directly in the field to promote our investment products, build relationships, and grow our client base. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify new clients through face-to-face meetings and networking.
  • Conduct outdoor sales presentations to potential investors, explaining our investment products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Organize and attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet company goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries on the spot.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct sales.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling outdoor client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Education level Entermediate or above,
  • Minimum [1–3] years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or investment products.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products such as Food chain, Real State, Retail & Diamond market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
