Outdoor Sales Representative (Female)

Location: Doha, Qatar
Experience Required: 2–4 years in sales, business development, or field marketing

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Female Outdoor Sales Representative who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through outdoor sales visits, networking, and referrals.
• Present and promote company products/services to customers in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive activities.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to role requirements).
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of outdoor sales or business development experience in Qatar/GCC.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and local business culture is preferred.
