Job Summary:

The Outlet In charge/Team leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, maintaining hygiene standards, managing staff, verifying inventory and cash accuracy, and achieving daily sales and quality targets.

Trivandrum native / male staff preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Staff Briefing
  • Conduct daily briefing sessions with the team regarding sales targets, hygiene practices, and operational plans.
  • Expiry Checking
  • Ensure all displayed and stored products have a minimum of 30 days of shelf life.
  • Remove expired or near-expiry items immediately.
  • Barcode Verification
  • Check all barcoded items for accuracy of ingredients, price, and quantity.
  • Inventory Checking
  • Conduct daily physical stock verification to identify shortages or excess items.
  • FIFO Maintenance
  • Ensure “First In, First Out” (FIFO) is strictly followed in product display and storage areas.
  • Cash Variance Checking
  • Cross-verify counter cash with system reports; record and report any variances promptly.
  • Daily Sales Order (SO) Checking
  • Cross-check SO entries with actual stock movement and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
  • Repacking Checking
  • Verify repacked items for correct labeling, freshness, quality, and hygiene compliance.
  • Admin Store Stock Checking
  • Update and maintain records for admin store stock; ensure registers and logs are accurate and complete.
  • Online Bill Checking
  • Verify online order details, ensure accurate billing, and reconcile payments received through online platforms.
  • General Outlet Hygiene & Cleanliness
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the outlet—counters, racks, display units, and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Bakery, or Retail Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bakery,Supermarket or food retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, Excel, billing software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
