Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Outreach cum Teacher for Mumbai.
This is a field-intensive role, involving direct engagement with schools, teachers, and students to introduce and implement the PATH methodology. You will conduct outreach visits, facilitate demonstrations, and support training activities.

This role is ideal for fresh college graduates as well as those with prior teaching/training experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach visits to schools.
• Deliver interactive classroom demonstrations and support teachers in using PATH pedagogy.
• Assist in teacher training sessions (online & on-site).
• Track student learning outcomes using PATH tools like the HiPATH app.
• Collaborate with school leaders, education officers, and community stakeholders.
• Travel extensively across Mumbai and nearby areas to implement and monitor programs.

Requirements

• B.Ed. graduates are highly preferred.
• Candidates from other disciplines with a strong passion for education are also welcome.
• Experience: Freshers/college pass-outs welcome; prior teaching/training experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and teachers.
• Basic familiarity with digital tools (smartphone apps, Google Workspace).
• Other Requirements:
• Scooty/Bike is mandatory (frequent school & field visits).
• Basic English communication is compulsory.
• Willingness to travel extensively in Mumbai region.
