Outreach Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Mobilization & Outreach
  • Conduct awareness campaigns, information sessions, and village-level camps to inform citizens about government welfare schemes and services.
  • Carry out door-to-door visits to identify and enroll eligible beneficiaries.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, SHGs, and community stakeholders.
  • Target Achievement
  • Enroll a minimum of 140 beneficiaries every month under at least 5 government schemes and services.
  • Ensure balanced outreach across all 20 identified villages as per the list provided.
  • Data Collection & Reporting
  • Collect beneficiary details accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
  • Track enrollment numbers against monthly targets.
  • Camp Organization & Facilitation
  • Organize village-level camps with the support of the foundation team.
  • Facilitate the presence of government officials or resource persons during awareness camps.
  • Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with local Panchayat members, health workers, and government representatives.
  • Provide handholding support to beneficiaries during the application process.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and local dialects.
  • Ability to travel extensively across villages.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and committed to social development.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Minimum 140 beneficiaries enrolled per month.
  • Coverage of allotted 20 villages.
  • Quality and accuracy of data collection.
  • Number of successful camps conducted.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
