Outside Sales
to join our fast-growing and challenging organization.
Role
Develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management; Sell products and services related to it, while promoting Group image and values and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Trade and the line. She/he sells products and services related to it while promoting Group's image and values.

Identify the commercial market opportunities and prospects and follow up on the customers in order to develop and monitor the customer’s portfolios.

To perform customer visits on a weekly basis as per given targets & commercial action plans and collect customer feedback in the Group system.

Promote and sell all the Group products, non-Maritime products, tools, and services (i.e eCommerce, inter modal, value-added products, value-added services, contract logistics, and supply chain services, etc.).

Receive, and qualify priority customers’ requests, in the function of their strategic importance, and process their requests.

Inform her/his customers about all the company's services, updates, and new products regularly.

Participate in establishing the commercial actions plan and ensure the correct customer segmentation is selected in her/his area.

Relay quotation requests from her/his customers to HQ & closely follow up on the process.

Coordinate her/ his actions with the Agency Commercial Inside in priority about customer and market knowledge including sales leads, communication, and follow-up whenever required.

Ensure update of commercial data in the information system, identify the market and develop new business.

Plan and conduct commercial visits according to the commercial action plan and produce a visit report

Ensure follow-up on her/his customers' portfolio payment and contribute to recovering unpaid debt

Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area

Ensure the update of commercial data in the information system
Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing with 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

Skills & Competencies
: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; solid commercial acumen and strategic alignment.

Market & Customer Knowledge
: Good understanding of shipping services, customer needs, and local market dynamics.

Technical Proficiency
: Proficient in English and skilled in using computer software and IT applications for reporting and presentations.

Location & Mobility
: Based in Dammam with a valid driving license for client visits and field activities.
