Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Outsourcing Solution and Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outsourcing partnerships, overseeing accounting processes related to external vendors, and ensuring compliance with financial and legal standards. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations, optimize talent acquisition strategies, and foster strong relationships with external partners. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage outsourcing partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes related to outsourcing vendors, including invoicing, payments, and contract management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate talent acquisition efforts through effective sourcing strategies across various platforms such as Workday, SAP, or iCIMS.
• Conduct negotiations with vendors and candidates to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
• Lead recruitment initiatives including executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing programs utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or Taleo.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and labor regulations across all outsourcing activities and employment contracts.
• Manage HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro for employee data accuracy and payroll processing.
• Support onboarding processes through employee orientation programs and contract management.
• Conduct employee evaluations, employee relations activities, and succession planning efforts to foster a motivated workforce.
• Utilize social media management tools for talent sourcing campaigns and lead generation activities to attract top candidates.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial vendor relationships.
• Extensive experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and executive recruiting processes.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for efficient candidate tracking.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all hiring and outsourcing practices.
• Familiarity with payroll systems including Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro for accurate employee compensation management.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to research market trends and utilize social media channels for talent acquisition initiatives.
• Experience in contracts management, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation procedures.
• Competence in using HRIS systems like SAP or PeopleSoft for data management and reporting purposes.

Pay: $68.98 - $82.09 per hour
