Outsourcing Vendor Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

The Outsourcing Vendor Relationship Specialist serves as the key liaison between Quility and its external outsourcing partners, ensuring strong alignment, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, enforcing performance standards, and identifying opportunities to optimize cost and value. The Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business goals, enhance service quality, and maximize the impact of outsourcing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with documentation, training, and onboarding of new outsourced tasks and resources.

• Coordinate vendor recruitment, credentialing, and access in partnership with IT and Legal.

• Monitor vendor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Partner with internal task owners to establish and track performance metrics.

• Conduct recurring performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

• Review and approve vendor invoices while monitoring forecast-to-actual variances.

• Ensure all vendors remain compliant with company policies and credentialing standards.

• Support quarterly credential recertification and access audits for all outsourced vendors.

• Facilitate regular production and performance meetings with vendor partners and internal teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and implement process enhancements for outsourced functions.

• Leverage data insights and market trends to optimize vendor strategies and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing coordination, or operations management.

• Strong understanding of service delivery models, KPIs, and contract management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with vendor management or project tracking tools preferred.

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
