Job Description: The OutSystems (Low Code) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using low-code development platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications. With a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and proactive engagement, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality products, improving existing applications, and staying abreast of emerging technologies. This position requires a service-driven mindset, the ability to work autonomously within a team environment, and a commitment to continuous skill enhancement-all while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving innovation in IT solutions.

The Low Code Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using low-code development platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using low-code development platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional applications
• Test and debug applications to ensure high-quality deliverables; maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance
• Design and implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces within low-code/no-code environments.
• Integrate low-code/no-code solutions with existing systems and databases.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met when building applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance low-code/no-code solutions.
• Document application configurations, logic, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to low-code/no-code applications.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of low-code/no-code solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in low-code development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience developing software using OutSystems; demonstrated understanding of OutSystems best practices
• Experience working with .NET, C#, XAML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server is a plus
• Experience in Hl7, FHIR standards and engines like CorePoint, Redox is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, REST API, and Test-Driven Development Practices
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Basic knowledge of database concepts and data integration.

• Certification in Outsystems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
