Overnight Caregiver

Comfort Keepers - Kokomo is immediately seeking a reliable, honest, and caring individuals. Caregiver will help to provide overnight care.

Responsibilities may include:

Assist with activities of daily living by providing any of the Comfort Keepers approved tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and/or homemaking.

• Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members
• Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, kitchen clean-up, laundry and other light housekeeping
• Respite care, providing relief for family members
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Job requirements:

This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and reliable cell phone.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must commit to a weekly schedule including every other weekend.
• Must show compassion, empathy and have a passion for great customer service.
• Moderate physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis, such as driving, assisting clients in transfer activities and ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
