Overseas Recruiting Manager

The Overseas Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end overseas recruitment activities, developing strategies to attract talent, and building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and global partners. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in international recruitment processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee overseas recruitment projects across multiple sectors.
  • Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for international opportunities.
  • Liaise with international employers, recruitment agencies, and institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, labor laws, and overseas recruitment regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and staff.
  • Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality recruitment services.
  • Develop business growth strategies and expand global recruitment networks.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience (5 years) in overseas recruitment, HR, or international staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and meet recruitment targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
