POSITION TITLE: TSA CLUB PONSOR

LOCATION: Brooke Middle School
QUALIFICATIONS: Certification or license as required by the West Virginia Department of Education.

REPORTS TO: Principal, assistant principal, or designee assigned by the Superintendent
JOB GOAL: To direct all the activities normally associated with sponsoring the group
participation, including meetings, practice, activities, projects, etc.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implements his/her assigned duties.

2. Promotes and maintains positive pupil/teacher/parent relationships.

3. Participates in the maintenance and selection of members, activities of the organization or
activity, etc.

4. Maintains professional work habits and appearance.

5. Performs such other duties as assigned by the superintendent, principal, or immediate
supervisor.
6. Must be certified in C.P.R. and First Aid.

Terms of Employment: Salary and work year to be established by the Board of Education.

Salary: As per Brooke County Extracurricular Salary Schedule

Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits
package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
