A sharp-minded Mechanical Engineer with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for engineering is needed to support the CEO of a dynamic CNC machinery distributors company. This role offers direct collaboration with top leadership and the chance to make a meaningful impact while growing professionally in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing calendars, communications, and key meetings.

· Assist in project management, technical documentation, and client presentations.

· Conduct technical research and summarize data for decision-making.

· Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

· Attend industry meetings, factory visits, and exhibitions as needed.

· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in letter drafting and correspondence.

· Strong understanding of CNC machines and mechanical processes.

· Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
